05 Return & Refund

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, customers must contact TrendMart within 1–2 days of receiving the order.

Our team may request photos or videos to verify the issue. If TrendMart confirms that the product was damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer will be eligible for a return or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

06 Product Warranty

Where a product comes with a manufacturer or seller warranty, the applicable warranty terms will apply. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, physical damage, water/liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

07 Wholesale & Dropshipping
